Abstract
Studies have shown that mycelial polysaccharides can regulate the body's resistance to inflammation in different ways, this paper briefly describes how the extraction of mycelial polysaccharides can reduce the impact on the performance of mycelium, as well as some of the mycelial polysaccharides on the mechanism of inflammation resistance. In order to provide a theoretical basis for helping mycelial polysaccharides to become good anti-inflammatory drugs.
