This article explores the problems and dilemmas of innovation and entrepreneurship courses in applied colleges and universities under the background of civics curriculum, including the insufficiency of theoretical research on civics curriculum teaching, the singularity of teaching methods and approaches, and the tendency of polarisation of course evaluation methods. In response to these problems, the article proposes the exploration of teaching reform with four focal points, including the construction of a two-way intercommunication teaching reform model in the four dimensions of information processing, interpersonal relationship, personality development and behaviour control. The article stresses that under the guidance of curriculum ideology, innovation and entrepreneurship courses must expand the theoretical research of curriculum ideology teaching, increase the variety of teaching methods, improve the evaluation method, fully inspire the tacit knowledge of college students, timely update the teaching content and establish a new course evaluation system, etc., in order to realise the goal of higher education to cultivate morality and nurture people.

The importance of legal professional education and the cultivation of legal talents, as well as the practical models in different countries, are analyzed in this paper. The unique aspects of legal education in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, such as case-based teaching in the United States, legal ethics cultivation in the United Kingdom, and the integration of theory and practice in Germany, provide insights for the international perspective of legal education. Meanwhile, the future trends of legal professional education and the cultivation model of legal talents are discussed, emphasizing the criticality of practical teaching, interdisciplinary integration, international development, and the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law. These aspects are considered important factors in shaping the future of legal education. In addition, a thorough analysis of the current problems in legal professional education is conducted, and countermeasures to strengthen legal professional education and the cultivation of legal talents are proposed, aiming to optimize curriculum design, enhance the construction of teaching staff, and improve the practical teaching system, thereby enhancing the level of legal professional education and the quality of legal talent cultivation. Future research directions for legal professional education and the cultivation model of legal talents are also explored, indicating the need for further research into the underlying reasons and mechanisms, as well as active exploration of cooperation models with other countries and regions, to adapt to the needs of social development and the construction of the rule of law.

In recent years, with the increasing influence of international Chinese education, some Chinese language teachers have also begun to engage in the work of international Chinese teachers. To address the various issues that may arise when Chinese language teachers transition to international Chinese teachers, this study adopts a case-comparison method. It involves interviewing both Chinese language teachers and international Chinese teachers, observing and evaluating their teaching, and then processing and analyzing the data. Based on the findings, the study provides insights and suggestions for teachers before and after taking up their international teaching positions, which are of positive significance for the construction of the team of international Chinese teachers.

This article is written based on the lack of experimental interventions on various reasoning skills among primary and secondary school students in China. By comparing the content related to reasoning skills on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) with that from foreign sources, it is evident that research on intervention measures is more extensive internationally. Therefore, this article mainly focuses on searching for international interventions for reasoning skills in primary and secondary students, summarizing the main ideas and methods of these foreign measures to provide a theoretical basis for interventions in China. The article discusses the current state of research on reasoning skills in China and existing problems, defines reasoning skills based on curriculum standards, and includes definitions of subcategories by numerous researchers, including logical reasoning, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, analogical reasoning, and spatial reasoning. Regarding international intervention measures for reasoning skills, one or two typical examples are selected, and the research subjects, content of interventions, and results are organized. Considering China's national conditions, the article concludes with some measures and methods that could facilitate the development of reasoning skills among Chinese primary and secondary students.
