1. Introduction
Energy determines the quality of life of a country's people as well as the country's future development prospects. Only when there is enough energy, the whole society can make progress and promote economic development. At present, there are still a series of gaps in the development of the energy economy in China, including but not limited to the irrational distribution of human resources and policy support. Traditional coal, oil, and natural gas, as non-renewable energy sources, are difficult to support the future use of mankind and have an irreversible negative impact on the environment, which in turn affects the national economy. For this reason, human beings will be more inclined to use new energy sources in the future. In order to find a way to develop the concept of sustainable development of the new energy economy, people need to abide by the principles of sustainable development of the new energy economy and implement strategies to ensure the sustainable development of the socio-economic environment. This paper mainly focuses on how to consummate sustainable energy economy development and what to do to protect our sustainable energy.
2. Energy sustainable development connotation and characteristics
Sustainable energy development means that different kinds of energy can be fully and effectively developed and utilised, and can to a certain extent reduce pollution damage to the environment, but also for the subsequent use of energy acquisition and use of energy to create certain conditions for the use of energy use. The essence of sustainable energy development is the integrated development of man and nature, dealing with the relationship between man and nature. The use of natural resources promotes social development, so that people live in abundance, promote a good ecosystem, embark on the development of a civilised society, and the road to national wealth and strength. Sustainable energy development also provides a balanced opportunity between different regions and fair development opportunities [1]. That is, one region does not need to develop its economy at the expense of another, but at the same time, it meets its own needs and meets the needs of the current generation without compromising the ability of future generations to develop. Compared with traditional development concepts, the most prominent feature of sustainable energy development is that it is environmentally friendly, and does not harm the energy environment of future generations so that energy can be fully utilized to promote economic development, so that energy can be fully utilized to promote economic development and further strengthen social continuity. Sustainable energy development also requires a safe supply of energy, environmental sustainability, economic competitiveness, and the above for the sustainable development of energy to lay the foundation for the provision of strong support and protection.
3. The principle of sustainable development of energy economy in the new period
The sustainable development of energy needs to follow certain principles to make the best use of it, to achieve environmental protection, and to promote economic growth and social progress. The principle of sustainable development is essential to the energy economy in the new era. The characteristics of the development of the energy economy can be summarized in the following two principles [2]: sustainability and efficiency. To move towards a green development path, the development of the economy and, at the same time, the protection of green water and green mountains.
3.1. Sustainable principle
The principle of sustainability refers to the development of the environment while reducing the damage to the harm, to achieve the reuse of resources for the development model that can be recycled. To achieve sustainable development, we should achieve sustainable economic development based on the protection of the environment. In the development of the energy economy, we should focus on the economical use of energy, break the traditional way of energy use and traditional production mode, and better promote the steady development of the economy[3]. Secondly, the sustainable development of the ecosystem should be realized. The development of resources within the capacity of the environment, the control of pollution, and, at the same time, the development of the environment also need to protect the environment, minimize the impact on the environment, and make good use of resources under the premise of the protection of the living system, the protection of life, and the diversity of species. Resources are divided into sustainable resources and unsustainable resources, the rational use of the two resources, the rational allocation of each resource in different areas of use, to achieve the maximum degree of protection of the environment, and the use of resources, improve the earth's ecology[4]. The sustainable development of energy in the new era cannot be separated from the support of society, and the realisation of sustainable development needs to be coordinated and adapted with the common progress of society and is committed to seeking the welfare of mankind and seeking benefits. When most areas are in a state of poverty, it is necessary to focus on the use of resources to solve the problem of poverty of the people. When the quality of life of the majority of the region's residents is good, and the economic conditions have reached a certain level, it is necessary to focus on the protection of the environment and new energy developers. In this way, sustainable development can be achieved, with human beings as the basis and the environment as the root, and the principle of sustainability can be observed[5]. Develop the energy economy in the new era, improve people's quality of life, and improve the environment.
3.2. Efficiency principle
The principle of efficiency refers to maximizing the value of the energy that can be used with minimal impact on the environment. Both to improve the quality of development, but also to enhance the speed of development efficiency, based on energy conservation, reduce the impact on the environment when extracting resources, to optimise the traditional energy development model. To achieve the purpose of promoting economic, long-term sustainable development. Compliance with the principle of efficiency brings multiple benefits to sustainable development. Instead of wasting a large number of sources, using efficiency can reduce the damage to the environment and create a suitable environment for economic growth. To improve the traditional production mode, efficiency principles can also help. Traditional production mode is a lack of protection for energy, which then harms the economic system. The principle of efficiency brings multiple benefits to sustainable development, the most intuitively obvious being the increased protective effect on the environment. At the same time, the reduced use of resources has helped to reduce human exploitation of resources, protect the diversity of organisms and ecosystems, and finally achieve harmony between man and nature.
4. Strategies for sustainable development of the energy economy in the new period
Energy development in the new era faces many difficulties, so the development strategy plays a vital role in the sustainable development of the energy economy. In the development of the new energy economy in China, the environmental requirements of new energy are put forward, and there are needs in medicine, information, construction, and other aspects. New energy is an emerging industry and economy[6]. The human development of the degree of understanding is not high enough, so we still need to invest a lot of time, energy, and resources to maintain the status quo of sustainable development. In promoting the sustainable development of new energy sources, it is also necessary to enable the joint development of different regions, taking advantage of the characteristics of each area to designate different appropriate strategies. The use of new energy for sustainable development will contribute to the economy's development and the country's prosperity.
4.1. Strategies for Cultivating Energy Conservation Awareness in the New Period
The energy economy in the new period is a new economic model, and people's awareness of its degree is low. Currently, China's energy waste situation is more serious; many places need to pay more attention to the phenomenon of energy waste[7]. Therefore, it is urgent to cultivate a new era of energy-saving consciousness. Developing a new energy-saving consciousness requires the government to invest energy and material resources and the workforce in public propaganda to promote the benefits of the new energy economy for the future. I am advocating for people to use resources economically. The government needs to encourage the development of green production and consumption, the establishment of appropriate incentives to encourage the masses to save energy, cultivate the public's awareness of energy conservation, and deeply engrave energy conservation awareness into the consciousness of the masses for the future of the new period of the energy economy.
4.2. Improvement of laws and regulations strategy
The development of any industry leaves the support of the law, and the sustainable development of the new energy economy also needs the support of the law. Because the industry is still in the emerging stage, the attention is low. However, China has made clear some laws and regulations to support the industry; it also needs to continue to improve the laws and regulations to support the effective conduct of this industry. For the sustainable development of the new energy economy, the government can strengthen the normative and systematic nature of the new energy economy industry through mandatory laws and regulations, and at the same time, according to the economic conditions and natural resources of different regions, adjusting different strategies to make better use of the region's superior conditions, according to local conditions[8]. The government can also have close communication and discussion with other groups in the society and formulate the most suitable provisions for the new energy economy industry by combining multiple perspectives. The regulations established by the government can create a favorable environment for the development of the energy economy and, at the same time, provide strong support and guarantee for the industry so that it can develop rapidly in a relatively short period of time in order to achieve the ultimate goal of promoting the economy, protecting the environment, and working for the well-being of mankind.
4.3. Upgrading science and technology education and investing in education resources
Research and development in the field of scientific research require the support of a large number of talents. At present, humanity's exploration of the development of new energy sources is still at the surface and has yet to be fully explored in depth. In the future, research in the field of new energy development will need to be further deepened, so more technical personnel are required. This industry has a significant impact on the environment and the economy. For this reason, the government should invest more resources in education, improve scientific and technological education, and cultivate more technical talents in this field to invest in the research and development of this industry in the future. At the same time, more talents are also needed to protect the country against risks, improve the quality of education for regional people, create better living conditions for them, provide fair and equal opportunities for people in different regions, and better promote the development of the energy economy in the new era [9]. Currently, most people working in this industry are engaged in manual labor as their primary source of income. Only by strengthening scientific and technological education can the combination of technology and labor be achieved, leading to the development of the regional economy. Secondly, it is also necessary to enhance the public's awareness of new energy sources and strengthen systematic training. Appropriately, for the staff to seek benefits, stimulating staff motivation and talent in the market can make the industry have a good development situation in the future.
5. Conclusion
A new energy sustainable development needs strong government support and adherence to development principles and strategies [10]. In the development of a new energy economy, our country still has a long way to go. Combined with China's comprehensive situation, the new energy economy for the vast majority of regions provides fair opportunities for different areas to provide appropriate support and assistance to enhance the level of scientific and technological education and a wide range of degrees. Pay attention to the problems faced in the transformation from the traditional economic model to the new energy-economic model, the use of energy, and the principle of sustainable development. Reducing pollution and environmental damage will ultimately lead to the realization of a complete form of sustainable development and a leap in economic standards. In the future, for a sustainable energy economy, we should actively respond to national policies and try our best not to waste, not to over-consume, not to over-develop. The state should establish relevant policies as soon as possible to help control the rational use and allocation of resources.
