Artificial Intelligence(AI)-generated fake information is increasingly becoming a new type of online fraud, and its legal characterization and application of constituent elements face many challenges. This study mainly analyzes and compares the similarities and differences between AI-generated fake information fraud and traditional means of network fraud, while discussing the legal definition of AI-generated fake information and its application to the existing crime of network fraud. The study found that the existing legal framework has problems such as unclear definitions of fake information and vague definitions of responsibility when dealing with AI-generated fraud, making it difficult to effectively combat and prevent such crimes. For this reason, it is recommended that laws should be amended to clarify the responsibility of each subject, technical identification should be strengthened, and the platform supervision mechanism should be improved, so that the legal risks and social threats posed by AI-generated false information can be better dealt with. The conclusion of the study shows that only through all-round and multi-level legal reform and refinement can the legal order and social security be effectively maintained.
With the rapid development and broad application of network information technology in recent years, the typical criminal behavior of network fraud has gradually increased, causing severe damage and marketing to social order and citizens' rights and interests. Among them, the "pig-butchering scam" type network fraud, as a typical crime method different from the traditional mode, a wide range of victims, a vast amount of money involved, and severe social harm, has become the focus of legal circles and social public opinion. From a legal perspective, this paper will conduct a multi-dimensional detailed analysis of "pig-butchering scam" online fraud, analyze the crime mode from the fraud process and characteristics of "pig-butchering scam," and study the current judicial and legislative status quo in China, explore the current legal dilemma related to the crime from the legal perspective and propose solutions, in order to provide a valuable reference for our legislation and judicature.
To handle cross-border online fraud, a global and significant issue, countries have adopted different legislative attitudes and enforcement methods. Existing theories address many issues of legal application and interpretation, whereas there are still some leaks in public law and systematic regulation. Therefore, this research, using this as a leverage point, from a criminal perspective, tries to discover how to regulate this issue efficiently. The main methodologies that this research chose are comparative law and crime script. This study found distinguishing differences between China, the United States and the Philippines, for instance, whether there is a dedicated responsible agency and whether there are specific laws in place, and the views of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as the EU) and African Union (hereinafter referred to as the AU) on this issue are definitely instructive. Through research, it has been found that to confirm criminal jurisdiction, the principle of territory and the principle of most significant relationship should be insisted. The protection of personal information should be based on the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and integrity, with the explicit consent of the information owner as a prerequisite for obtaining and using the information. After de-identification, the information can be used within a certain scope without the provider's consent.
With the rapid development of science and technology, cyberspace has become the main position for new types of criminal activities, and new types of cybercrime, with its non-contact, inter-temporal and covert characteristics, have posed a serious challenge to the traditional mode of crime governance. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the specific manifestations of new technology risks and the characteristics of new cybercrime under new technology risks, explore the ways of coping with new cybercrime under the traditional governance model, summarise the transformation paths of the new cybercrime governance model of the public force model, the private force model, and the multi-dimensional common governance model, and analyse in depth its potential risks and coping strategies. This paper summarises three apparent risks, including privacy leakage risk, system security risk and fraud risk, as well as three potential risks caused by the diversity of governance subjects, the coordination difficulties, the balance between data sharing and privacy protection, and the rapid changes in new cybercrime and the lagging behind of governance means, and puts forward three potential risks accordingly, namely, strengthening the principle of openness and standardisation, cultivating highly skilled and complex talents, and perfecting governmental governance. Accordingly, three measures are proposed to strengthen the principle of openness and standardisation, cultivate high-tech talents and improve the governmental governance mechanism, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of an efficient and coordinated new cybercrime governance system.
Abstract: The family plays a crucial supportive role in the development of students, particularly in the construction of their psychological environment. However, there exists a cognitive bias among parents regarding students' engagement in online gaming, which can lead to tension in students' mental health and family relationships. This study analyzes the importance of parental recognition of students' interests in constructing psychological environments, particularly in the context of online gaming. By exploring the intrinsic links between students' participation in online gaming and their social relationships, addictive behaviors, and mental health, this paper reveals the influence of parental cognition on student behavior. The findings indicate that positive parental involvement and informed guidance can effectively mitigate the negative impacts associated with online gaming. Based on this, the paper recommends enhancing parents' understanding and recognition of their children's interests, establishing a healthy family environment, and strengthening communication and cooperation among families, schools, and society to promote students' healthy development jointly.
Abstract: Obesity, now recognized as one of the most common and significant chronic diseases, occurs not only in the United States but worldwide. Relevant studies have shown that obesity increases the risk of Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, bone health, reproductive health, and certain cancers, thereby affecting quality of life, including sleep and mobility. This information has prompted the general public and academics to focus more on the psychological aspects that impact and contribute to obesity, in addition to biological causes. The study aims to explore the psychological aspects that influence obesity and overweight communities. Apart from obesity, the paper also discusses how it affects people's lives, and the psychological solutions to obesity. Through a systematic analysis of the existing literature, which contains resources that are peer-reviewed studies published between 2008 and 2023, this paper shows that depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and familial factors all contribute to obesity and overweight. The results also indicate that the mechanisms behind each psychological factor are also different. In addition, some psychological approaches can help reduce obesity symptoms, such as behavioral therapy and counseling.

Abstract: The employment market has undergone an enormous shift as a result of the rapid progress of artificial intelligence (AI). This transformation presents both significant challenges and opportunities. This paper examines the ways in which AI-driven automation is transforming a variety of industries, resulting in employment displacement in sectors that rely on routine tasks and the creation of new roles in technology, data management, and AI maintenance. Addressing the growing disparities between those who benefit from AI and those who are left behind, as well as managing large-scale employment displacement, are the primary challenges. This is particularly true for low-skilled workers. AI, however, also offers chances to boost creativity, productivity, and the creation of highly skilled jobs in cutting-edge industries. In order to alleviate adverse consequences, this investigation underscores the necessity of proactive measures, such as educational reform, reskilling and upskilling programs, and collaboration among educational institutions, governments, and industries. By prioritizing these strategies, the employment market can adjust to the transformative potential of AI, thereby fostering economic development and inclusive job creation by balancing the reduction of traditional roles with the emergence of new opportunities.
Abstract: The problem of educational hysteresis was proposed decades ago, but effective solutions have been rare. In this paper, an analysis of the causes and effects of educational hysteresis, along with finding the correlation between individual differences of students with educational development has been done. Based on the analysis, the hysteresis of education originates from timeline conflicts, reform difficulties, and teachers' acceptability towards new content. These would result in losing the purpose of education: helping students prepare for future careers and maintain equality. This essay also points out the differences in children between different generations, and how students can change in many different aspects like thinking and values. Based on these conclusions, this paper argues that the government should constantly update its system and set specific reform goals for different areas. Teachers should focus on creating opportunities from time to time, incorporating innovations in teaching methods. In addition, teachers should pay attention to the situation of students and achieve personalized teaching.
Abstract: Education inequality has long been a worrying issue but remains a global social problem lacking remedial measures. The foundation of social development is education, and regional differences in educational levels hinder individual growth and social progress. This article explores the main causes and impacts of regional education inequality. According to the data provided in this article, the two main reasons for regional education inequality are policy and economic factors. Economically developed regions have more high-quality teachers and educational resources, while economically underdeveloped regions lack resources, which affects the quality and competitiveness of students' education. In addition, differences in household income and parental education levels further exacerbate inequality. The government has made some efforts to narrow the regional education gap, but the effectiveness of policy implementation is limited by differences in local fiscal capacity. Therefore, this article proposes some suggestions to address regional education inequality, including balanced allocation of educational resources, strengthening the construction of teacher teams, formulating policies to promote educational equity, and promoting innovative educational technologies. Through policy guidance and technological means, it is expected to improve the quality of education in impoverished areas, gradually narrow the regional education gap, and promote social equity and economic development.
