Research on Optimization Strategies for Enterprise Cost Management in the Context of the Digital Economy

Abstract
The advent of the information age has given rise to the digital economy, with various information technologies such as big data and cloud computing gradually being applied in enterprises, thereby fostering new industries, models, and forces. At the same time, with the development of the digital economy and the increasing environmental requirements, many enterprises are also facing risks and challenges in cost management. This paper first explores the impact of the digital economy on enterprise costs, and then proposes strategies to promote high-quality development of enterprises based on the perspective of the digital economy empowering cost control.
