The paper introduces the "Founder Mode Entrepreneurial Experience" (FMEE), a novel therapeutic framework rooted in transpersonal psychology that reimagines entrepreneurial engagement as exposure therapy for individuals with Moral Scrupulosity Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). FMEE emphasizes confronting ethical dilemmas, embracing imperfection, and navigating moral ambiguities through mission-driven entrepreneurial activities. This approach not only facilitates desensitization to scrupulosity-related triggers but also fosters resilience, self-efficacy, and a purpose-driven mindset. Integrating transpersonal practices such as mindfulness, altruism, and intuitive decision-making, FMEE bridges personal healing with meaningful social impact. The manuscript underscores FMEE's transformative potential as a practical and spiritually grounded intervention for reducing moral rigidity and fostering holistic well-being. Implications for OCD therapy, transpersonal psychology, and social entrepreneurship are discussed, along with future research directions at the intersection of psychology and mission-driven innovation.

The digital world has changed the way we share and consume information through the adoption of social media, short-form video and live streaming. These tools changed how virality works, how audiences act and how content gets created. This article takes a closer look at the dynamics of virality, and how algorithms and crowdsourcing facilitate quick sharing of information while driving the development of misinformation and echo chambers. Likewise, it explores how users interact with content rather than consume it, and explores engagement metrics, gamification and interactivity. The paper also explores how content is personalized, storyboarded, and made in the creator economy, and how creators must strike a fine line between authenticity and algorithmic needs. In looking at them, this paper gives a general outline of the dramatic changes digital technologies will bring to communication and culture, and what ethical questions they raise. Future research should explore trends such as decentralized platforms and AI in content strategies.

New productivity is based on digitization, intelligence, and greening, driven by disruptive technological innovation and centered on emerging and future industries, aiming to serve high-quality living through efficient and high-quality development. This new type of productivity continuously raises the standards and challenges for engineering science and technology, also posing higher demands on the education of new engineering disciplines. With the continuous emergence of new technologies, new economies, and new business models, the connotation and extension of the new engineering discipline have undergone profound changes, leading to a disruptive transformation in traditional engineering jobs and industrial chains. There is an urgent need to innovate and optimize the talent cultivation model for new engineering disciplines, aligning closely with the evolutionary laws of productivity and production relations in the new era. The development of new productivity poses new requirements for talent cultivation in new engineering disciplines, emphasizing innovation, a more integrated training model, a diversified subject base, and a dynamic development of goals and content. However, current talent cultivation models for new engineering disciplines still face challenges in several areas: unclear goal setting, weak interdisciplinary integration, slow transformation towards digitization and intelligence in education, and a lack of a scientific and comprehensive quality evaluation system. To address these challenges in the context of new productivity, it is necessary to promote reforms in the talent cultivation model for new engineering disciplines through the following approaches: integrating digitization, intelligence, and green development into the entire talent cultivation process; reshaping training concepts; breaking down disciplinary barriers to promote integration; continuously optimizing the training model; introducing virtual simulation and other auxiliary teaching technologies to create a collaborative model of student-teacher assistance in talent cultivation; deepening industry-education integration, and innovating cultivation mechanisms to contribute positively to the training of high-quality new engineering talents.

Social gender theory emphasizes that gender is a cultural construct, and thus self-evaluations in the job application process inevitably differ between men and women. This study analyzes the online resumes of job seekers from several technology-based companies in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and finds the following: 1. Compared to men, women are more likely to highlight their learning ability, positive personality, sense of responsibility, communication skills, teamwork ability, adaptability, and past experiences or certifications in their self-evaluations. 2. In contrast, men are more likely than women to emphasize their hardworking attitude in their self-evaluations. 3. There are no significant gender differences in the presentation of self-assessment on stress resistance and execution ability. This study highlights gender differences in self-evaluation among job seekers. Overall, women’s self-evaluations show a more positive attitude than those of men, extending the research on gender perspectives in the workplace and contributing to further studies on the changing personality traits and gender concepts of contemporary workers.

This paper examines Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, a foundational theory in humanistic psychology that explores the intricate nature of human motivation. It highlights how Maslow’s pyramid illustrates the progression from fulfilling basic needs to aspiring for self-actualization. While acknowledging the theory’s widespread influence in psychology and education, the study critiques its oversimplification and limited empirical support. It also discusses contemporary applications of Maslow’s hierarchy, particularly in cross-cultural studies, and addresses challenges in its global applicability. This research aims to provide a comprehensive perspective on human development and the pursuit of personal growth by examining the interconnectedness of various needs and the concept of self-actualization. It emphasizes the importance of self-harmony, positive relationships with others, and realistic life perspectives in achieving self-actualization. The paper concludes by underscoring the humanistic approach’s contributions to psychology, offering insights into human potential and creativity that surpass traditional mechanistic views. It advocates for an integrative perspective that considers both biological factors and social influences to fully grasp the complexities of human nature and development.

President Xi Jinping emphasized the need for systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage to better meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people and promote cultural confidence and self-reliance. Red fine art works, as historical relics preserved and formed by the Communist Party of China over time, play a pivotal role in guiding young students to develop a correct understanding of history, oppose historical nihilism, foster patriotism, and establish socialist core values. Therefore, exploring the pathways of transmitting red genes through fine art works is of paramount importance. Taking the Xiuzhou farmer paintings as an example, this study explores the origins and inheritors of these paintings, delves into the depiction of societal changes reflected within them, and examines their role in the transmission of red genes. The research highlights the importance of farmers in China’s development and the necessity of preserving intangible cultural heritage. To address issues such as the challenges of craftsmanship inheritance, difficulties in training and mentoring, potential declines in quality, and sales bottlenecks faced by farmer paintings, several strategies are proposed: Strengthening governmental guidance and regulation to promote the market-oriented development of the red-themed farmer painting industry. Actively organizing “Xiuzhou Farmer Paintings + Red Party History” promotional and exhibition events to foster cultural and tourism integration, develop a unique red farmer painting brand, and expand their reach through e-commerce platforms. Launching “Red Farmer Paintings in Schools” initiatives to subtly integrate them into primary and secondary school labor education through hands-on experiences. Hosting competitions and activities centered on farmer paintings to appreciate the charm and essence of red genes. Providing robust support for inheritors to pursue dynamic heritage practices and empowering red farmer paintings with technological advancements for intelligent development. Focusing on the international exchange of farmer paintings, using platforms like universities and Confucius Institutes to share the century-old history of the Party depicted in farmer paintings with international students and friends, thereby achieving global dissemination.
