This study explored the relationship between innovation and sustainable development, highlighting innovation as a key driver for economic growth and social progress. In contrast, sustainable development ensures the long-term viability of this growth. This study finds through a systematic literature review that innovation activities must balance environmental, social, and economic aspects to achieve green, inclusive, and sustainable development. However, certain innovations may threaten sustainable development due to disregarding long-term impacts. The requirements of sustainable development for innovation may also sometimes limit the pace and space for innovation. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore the negative impacts of innovation and sustainable development and to find a balance between the theoretical and practical levels. The study emphasises the importance of understanding the dynamic relationship between innovation and sustainable development. Through interdisciplinary cooperation and practical exploration, balancing innovation and sustainable development is crucial for promoting global sustainability. Further attention should be paid to the interaction between innovation and sustainable development, and appropriate innovation and development should be selected to achieve a balance.

The development of science and technology and the deepening of globalisation have opened up new directions for developing the agricultural industry. With the gradual expansion of the scope of “Internet +”, traditional trade has gradually evolved into e-commerce, and relatively simple domestic trade has gradually expanded into cross-border transactions. With the help of e-commerce platforms, sales channels can be expanded, and the share of agricultural exports can be increased. The development of cross-border e-commerce is highly valued and mutually supportive of the agricultural product supply chain (APSC), which promotes the international trade of agricultural products. Optimised APSC provide high-quality produce to meet consumer demand. Technological innovations such as big data and the Internet of Things (IoT) bring smart and efficient optimisation solutions to APSC, improving the efficiency of product distribution. This paper reviews the research on cross-border e-commerce and APSC by some scholars in recent years, summarises the current development of cross-border e-commerce, describes the problems of APSC, and proposes solutions. Reviewing and summarising the relevant research literature aims to help scholars understand the development of cross-border e-commerce and APSC more systematically and comprehensively, and to provide strong support for future research and practice.

Supply chain management is important in all aspects of business processes. With the advent of the information age, big data technology has become important in developing all aspects of our country. Appropriate use of big data technology in supply chain cost management by enterprises can not only improve their ability to analyse and master data but also timely control the cost expenditure issues in different links of the supply chain, improve management systems, and enhance the company’s core competitiveness. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of supply chain management, this study explores the application of big data technology in enterprise supply chain cost control and data analysis. This study uses big data as the background to analyse the costs of several important links in the supply chain of IKEA. It combines the discovered problems with big data technology to improve them, hoping to be helpful to the development of IKEA and related industries.

This study explores the challenges faced by the apparel industry and the means of attaining sustainable development via effective supply chain management amidst the backdrop of global economic integration and the evolving information technology landscape.Firstly, the current situation of the apparel industry is analyzed, including factors such as the increase in consumers' personalized demands, the increasingly fierce competition, the rising costs of labor and raw materials, and the growing consciousness of environmental preservation. The development status and problems of apparel supply chain management are then analyzed, including the excessively long supply chain, the lack of flexibility and adaptability in management, the opacity of information, the lack of a supplier evaluation system, and the neglect of sustainable development by enterprises. It further discusses achieving sustainable development in the apparel industry, including reducing water consumption and pollution, addressing the adverse consequences arising from the rapid turnover of fashion trends, promoting the construction of a circular supply chain, etc. Corresponding solutions are proposed. Finally, this study concludes how supply chain management and sustainable development practices can inject new vitality into apparel enterprises and achieve the industry's sustainable development goals.

As the economy continues to develop and the focus on sustainable development increases, low-carbon environmental protection has become an indispensable aspect for businesses. In this context, the concept of ESG and its measurement has become a major direction for the international community to assess investment behaviors and targets. However, questions such as what exactly ESG is, how significantly it impacts businesses, and how businesses should respond, need to be studied. This paper discusses these issues from the perspective of ESG information disclosure and corporate performance, outlines the impact pathways of ESG disclosure on businesses, and suggests reasonable responses and measures.

China is advancing green and low-carbon development in a coordinated manner, and at the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, China officially proposed the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. The "dual carbon" strategy is an essential path to achieving green and sustainable development, as well as a necessary measure to enhance the momentum of high-quality economic growth. The construction of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) system is a crucial factor influencing the development of green finance, and the importance of green finance and sustainable development for high-quality corporate and social development is further elevated. This paper analyzes the significance of ESG system construction for the green transition of the economy and society. Based on the development status of ESG practices domestically and internationally, and grounded in the issues and needs of the domestic economic and social green transition, this study explores the mechanism by which ESG system construction promotes the sustainable development of finance.
