The novel has always been in a lower position in the history of ancient Chinese literature precisely because it does not belong to orthodox literature and can develop freely without restraint. As a representative, the Tang Legend as "Synthesis of Various Styles" in the Tang Legend's art system is an inevitable trend in developing ancient novels. Accordingly, it has inclusive and expansive internal tension that can absorb the advantages of various literary genres and forms. By analysing the politicisation of the Tang legend, this essay will take the famous Tang legend pieces Legend of Everlasting Sorrow and the narrative poem of this story, Song of Everlasting Sorrow, as examples and discuss them around the three parts, Shicai, Shibi and Discussions, thus showing the characteristics of the poeticisation of Tang legend. Through analysis of Shicai, the Tang legend are a body of lyrical works that, although partially drawn on historical records' veracity, also introduce unexpected turns to keep and attract readers' attention. By referring to the Tang Dynasty's talent selection method, these two works show the talent of fiction, imagination, and exaggeration through the use of the Shibi. The Discussion could even relate to abstract truths and accomplish the goal and needs of social propaganda. Combining these three factors ensures that the Tang legend represented by these masterpieces, Legend of Everlasting Sorrow and Song of Everlasting Sorrow, remains a source of inspiration and a significant reference for literary and artistic works.
The limited liability company has exceptional human qualities; it has fewer shareholders and operates on a smaller scale, which makes its owners more prone to disagreements. Its distinctive corporate structure also makes shareholder removal a peculiar legal phenomenon. However, there is currently a gap in the building of this system in China's pertinent laws. In order to propose a more workable and practical way to enhance the shareholder exclusion system, this paper aims to clarify the fundamental idea of the shareholder exclusion system, discuss the necessity of constructing this system in China, and explore the reconstruction of substantive norms, specific procedural rules, and clear legal consequences based on the advanced legislative experience in Germany and judicial practice in China.

Extensive research papers discussing the ancient Greek cultures or nomadic tribes refer primarily to one particular source – Herodotus’ Histories. A series of observations and oral information from various Persian territories were taken into account in this well-known work. As contemporary scholars use Herodotus' jobs, they often regard his accounts as accurate descriptions and come up with their conclusions respectively. Such a perspective should be considered a severe issue since history is a serious study of past events from all aspects of human society. Reckless approaches can, in terms, arise from wrong interpretations. This article focuses on Herodotus' descriptions of the Scythians and argues that Herodotus' works are invaluable in better understanding the archaeological findings. However, several mistakes are found in his accounts compared with other current archaeological findings. While directly citing from his works, scholars should make necessary cross-references to avoid potential errors.

Flow is a psychological concept that is often used in the design of applications and video games. This concept means that the user will go into a state of unawareness, which scales depending on the level of flow that they are in. In video games, the developer can vary the way that players experience this state or change the group of people that the game is suited for. Players can also change the level of flow by making decisions that will make their gameplay later on either easier or harder. This paper will discuss three factors that determine how and who will be able to enter the flow state in different video games. These factors are general factors, game-decided factors, and player-decided factors. The conclusion after analysis is that these factors embedded in video games cause the player to have optimal experience, or flow state.

In this essay, I will discuss about the changing relationship between China and the Roman Empire in the long stream of history from Chinese historiography. While doing research I found that in Qin dynasty two countries have direct interaction with each other, but faded in Tang dynasty. Multiple historical resource written in Tang dynasty were overlap with previous source written during earlier period like Qin. As we all know, China and Roman empire are both really strong empires over their regions. If their influence each other in economic or politics perspective, the influence is incalculable. Nowadays, there were only few research researching on this topic; however, the effect of this research would be extremely valuable. The interaction between these two countries not only will bring effect on themselves in political and economic impact, but also bring to those countries along the silk road connected between China and Da Qin, so it would be very significant researching on this topic.
