As a newly emerging developing country, China's rapid economic growth has propelled the urbanization process, necessitating continuous adaptation of the entire societal environment. However, without robust legal and regulatory constraints and without rational comprehensive planning and technical guidance, the most significant risk posed is the severe destruction of natural resources and the living environment. The design works created by environmental art designers permeate every corner of our lives, and as a result, these designers bear a greater societal responsibility.

This paper discusses the application of montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute small intestinal bleeding. This paper combines the research results at home and abroad to systematically discusses the mechanism, clinical effect, adverse effects and precautions of montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute small intestinal bleeding. Combined with the domestic and foreign research methods, the domestic research emphasizes its deep research in pharmacology, clinical application and basic research, providing support for its wide application in the domestic medical field. Foreign studies have highlighted that montmorillonite powder not only has unique advantages in the treatment of acute small intestinal bleeding by regulating the balance of intestinal flora and enhancing immunity, but also provides a new therapeutic idea for its combined application with other drugs. Domestic and foreign research progress shows that montmorillonite powder has achieved some efficacy in the treatment of acute small intestinal bleeding, however, despite the significant progress, its mechanism of action and application method still need to be further studied. In the future, multidisciplinary cooperation should be strengthened to develop safer and more effective treatment options through in-depth research to provide more comprehensive medical services for patients with acute small bowel bleeding.

In an era of rapid globalization and an increasingly modernized risk society, risk control faces more complex challenges. The transitional period in Chinese society itself has certain flaws that amplify the threat of risks to social security while weakening the effectiveness of risk control during the transitional phase. It can even be argued that the flaws inherent in transitional societies are significant sources of risk themselves. Risks in modern society exhibit characteristics such as suddenness, uncertainty, and structural fractures. With the continuous expansion of the public domain and increasing complexity of public affairs in China during the transitional period, the societal structure is gradually shifting from management to governance, driven by practical considerations for maintaining political stability. From the perspective of public management, facing the severe issue of food safety under the dual pressures of the impact of risk society and the instability of the transitional period, it is insufficient to rely solely on traditional risk control concepts and methods. Instead, there is a need to promote the democratization of professional knowledge through the improvement of legal mechanisms, communication mechanisms, and interest mechanisms. This ensures the democratization of professional knowledge, fosters the development of "citizen science," and guarantees the public's right to participate, including the rights to be informed about risks, freedom of choice, and the right to knowledge participation. Thus, it rebuilds public trust in the social system, genuinely safeguarding the "safety on the tip of the tongue."

Lactobacillus is a common food-grade microorganism with good bioactivity, which has been maturely used in the food industry. The significant role of Lactobacilli in immunomodulation has gradually become a research hotspot, and their significant impact on immune diseases through the modulation of the immune system gives them great potential to become materials for the treatment of immune diseases. This paper describes the interaction between Lactobacilli and the immune system, and the effect of immunomodulation of Lactobacilli on immune diseases, with a view to providing a theoretical basis for helping Lactobacilli to become a therapeutic agent for immune diseases.

Studies have shown that mycelial polysaccharides can regulate the body's resistance to inflammation in different ways, this paper briefly describes how the extraction of mycelial polysaccharides can reduce the impact on the performance of mycelium, as well as some of the mycelial polysaccharides on the mechanism of inflammation resistance. In order to provide a theoretical basis for helping mycelial polysaccharides to become good anti-inflammatory drugs.
