In recent years, due to the joint impact of food safety incidents, egg disease and price fluctuations of related substitutes, the market price of eggs, especially eggs, has fluctuated for many times, which not only affects residents' food consumption and income of egg farmers, but also affects the healthy development of egg industry. This paper selected the monthly panel data from 2014 to 2020 to study the influencing factors of egg price fluctuation. The results showed that chicken price and feed price had significant effect on the fluctuation of egg price, and the price of compound feed had the greatest effect on it. In addition, the increase of pork price would not necessarily lead to the rise of egg price. Meanwhile, the consumer price index had no significant impact on the price of eggs, and the increase of residents’ income level would significantly promote the price of egg. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the external and internal laws of egg price fluctuation and explore the mechanism of stabilizing egg price for the healthy development of poultry and egg industry and national economy.

From hot toys to cultural and creative products, from digital appliances to food and clothing, buying and sharing blind boxes has become a new consumer trend. The flexibility of the gig economy allows it to attract considerable attention during the COVID-19 pandemic. This form of economic activity, however, has long existed in China. This article studies the status quo and the potential problems with contemporary college students participating in the Chinese gig economy. By collecting samples from different Chinese regions and dissimilar types of college students, the study discusses their large-scale gig economy participation rate regardless of regions and higher education levels. The study also analysed the fulfilment of expectations among college students and discovered that the current state of satisfaction is not favourable and necessitates improvement for the future sustainment and prosperity of the gig economy. The article offers several suggestions for improvement, including adopting more reassurance in the areas with a lesser participation rate and improving the accuracy of matching between students and job positions to satisfy their expectations. However, these solution proposals need further investigation to explore their optimal use.

Consumer spending on luxury goods decreased during the outbreak. Luxury brands are also increasingly focusing on corporate social responsibility. The topic of this paper is to examine the relationship between the CSR of luxury brands and Chinese consumer buying behavior after COVID-19. In this study, 313 Chinese participants who are familiar with luxury goods, were randomly selected to finish a questionnaire. The data will be presented in graphical form, and this survey uses analysis of correlation as well as regression analysis to explore the relationship between different social responsibilities and consumer behaviors. Nearly all participants think that luxury companies should take social responsibility, but most of them don't choose to actively know about it actively, but only realize that luxury companies should take social responsibility passively when events happen. However, for companies, the consequences of not fulfilling social responsibility may seriously affect the sales of luxury companies. The three most important responsibilities include product quality and safety responsibility, environmental protection responsibility, and basic salary and welfare of employees. In addition, environmental responsibility, customer orientation responsibility, social responsibility, and employee and job placement responsibility all contribute to consumer purchasing behavior.

As the product of the first Industrial Revolution, the railway has been in existence for a long time and has made an indelible contribution to the urban development of mankind. However, the railway’s status is declining in some countries, greatly affected by the development of aviation and road technology. In the academia, there is also a lack of analysis of the urban railway. In order to explore the railway’s status in urban sites and extend the literature of the resource-based view (RBV), this paper will discuss the railway’s impact especially on the urban sites based on RBV. We choose the city Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, China, as a case study. Then we compare the data before and after the building of the railway. The comparison is based on the triple bottom line (TBL) principle, which means using three different aspects to show the changes. In the end, we reveal the importance of railway resources and the concrete impact of building a railway on various sites. We also propose some suggestions for building a new railway.

Autonomous vehicles are a double-edged sword, bringing happiness and convenience to people’s lives but also silently creating various crises and bad effects. The purpose of this article is to explore and analyze the implications of autonomous vehicles, with a focus on their impact on cities, as they are and will be massively linked to smart city systems and operate on urban roads. In this paper, the author has analyzed the findings and data from many past literature and research sources and summarized them based on his own research and ideas. The findings of this article show that the positive impacts of self-driving cars are mainly in the areas of ease of travel and self-driving car fleets. The negative impacts are mainly reflected in three different aspects: safety hazards, environmental pollution and energy consumption. Of course, self-driving cars have different impacts in various fields, and these impacts need to be explored by more researchers.
