This paper examines the significant impact of emotions on sports performance, exploring both positive and negative emotional states and their influence on athletic outcomes. Emotions, as complex affective states, shape perception, judgment, and behavior, making them a critical focus in sports psychology. Utilizing the Individual Zones of Optimal Functioning (IZOF) model, we assess how athletes perform best within unique emotional ranges and how deviating from these zones can hinder performance. Positive emotions, fostering openness and flexibility, generally enhance performance up to a certain intensity, while excessive levels may backfire. Conversely, negative emotions like stress can impair focus but, when controlled, may serve as performance “challenges.” The paper delves into emotional intelligence, emphasizing its role in helping athletes recognize, manage, and leverage their emotions for peak performance. Practical applications are proposed for coaches and teams, including emotional monitoring, team-based identity building, and mental training techniques. Future research directions advocate for integrating technology in personalized emotional training, alongside considerations of cultural contexts, to refine athlete performance in high-pressure environments.
Germany is the birthplace of preschool education, and after long-term development, it has formed a relatively complete advanced preschool education system. Kindergarten education is part of preschool education. Therefore, this study hopes to play a certain role in the current kindergarten reform in China by comparing the differences between the teaching organization forms of kindergartens in China and Germany, drawing on the advantages of the current kindergarten education in Germany and combining it with the local situation in China. The reasons for the difference between Chinese and German kindergartens will be analyzed from the organizational form of kindergartens. The biggest difference between German and Chinese kindergartens is that German kindergartens adopt mixed-age classes, while Chinese kindergartens adopt same-age classes. The reasons for these differences are the two countries' policies and economic and cultural attitudes. Then it compares the theoretical basis of different teaching organization forms in the two countries, analyzes the value of these two different teaching organization forms, and combines the advantages of German kindergarten education to put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions for Chinese kindergarten education.
In today’s world, the international situation is volatile, and national security issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Strengthening national security education and raising national security awareness among the public have gradually become social consensus. In recent years, major cities in China have made visible achievements in promoting national security awareness. However, we must also acknowledge that there is a lower level of national security education in rural areas. As rural areas are the fundamental units of the country, their safety and stability are crucial to the overall security of the nation. Therefore, strengthening national security education in rural areas is both urgent and indispensable. This article explores the current state, existing problems, and countermeasures regarding national security education in rural areas, aiming to propose effective strategies to solidify the rural frontline of national security education.
With the construction of China's modern economy and the progress of talented laborers, the development of women’s labor in the workplace has become vital in labor markets. Therefore, the impact of marriage and childbirth on income has gradually attracted widespread attention from society. This paper uses the data of the 2021 China General Social Survey (CGSS) to discuss the impact of marriage and childbearing on women's income using a multiple regression linear model and explore the linkage effect of factors such as education level, HUKOU nature, marital and childbearing age, and work status on the income of women who marry and have children. This study found that women's income will vastly increase due to increased marriage and childbearing age. Conversely, the earlier the marriage and childbearing age, the lower the income, and the more significantly the marriage and childbearing age affect the overall income level of women.
Since the issuance of the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China as amended in 2019 and the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Hearing Cases of Tort Compensation for False Statements in the Securities Market as amended in 2022, the standards for identifying the implementation date and disclosure date have been gradually improved. But faced with a variety of judicial cases, relevant laws and regulations are still inadequate. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the theories and judicial cases of execution day and disclosure day with the ideas of various scholars, some suggestions on the improvement of the theory of implementation day and disclosure day are put forward. It is hoped that it will be helpful to determine the scope of damage compensation in the false statement of securities in our country.

The shaping and performance of female characters has also ushered in unprecedented changes. By comparing animation works from different periods and different cultural backgrounds, this paper analyzes the changes in female characters in terms of gender, role positioning, and personality setting. At the same time, this study will also focus on the diverse shaping of female characters in contemporary animation, and how to reflect gender equality and female autonomy in plot settings, gender relations, and role interactions. Specifically, the paper conducts research from the following aspects: the typical image of female characters in traditional animation, and analyzes the commonalities behind them; secondly, explores the transformation and diversification of female character images in recent years, and how to reflect the progress of gender cognition and the changes in social values; finally, combines with specific cases, it analyzes how gender narrative affects the shaping of female characters in the process of animation creation. Through these studies, this paper hopes to reveal the importance of gender narrative in animation creation, and provide theoretical support and creative reference for more equal and diverse gender performance in future animation works.
This study examines the implementation of differentiated instruction in Chinese middle school English education, focusing on its theoretical foundations, practical applications, and implementation challenges. Through a comprehensive analysis of international practices and local adaptations, the research explores how differentiated instruction can address the growing diversity of student populations and enhance personalized learning in China's educational context. The study investigates three key dimensions: content differentiation, teaching methods, and assessment approaches, while comparing practices in developed countries like the United States and Australia with China's current educational landscape. The findings reveal significant challenges in implementing differentiated instruction in Chinese middle schools, including resource inequality, teacher capability gaps, and traditional assessment system constraints. However, the research also identifies promising opportunities by integrating modern teaching methods. It contributes to the ongoing discussion of educational reform middle school English education in China. But the findings overlook diverse educational contexts in China, highlighting the need for culturally responsive strategies to adapt international practices to local traditions and student needs.

As one of the main settlements of the Qiang ethnic group, Mianyang City contains a wealth of Qiang culture. Qiang patterns carry the historical memories and cultural heritage of the Qiang people and are an important part of Sichuan's intangible cultural heritage. The unique national culture and tattoo art of the Qiang people is a treasure in the cultural treasury of the Chinese nation. With the acceleration of the modernization process, Qiang patterns are facing the risk of inheritance breaks and loss of skills. Therefore, in the context of today's era, it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to explore how to utilize digital technology for the protection and inheritance of Qiang patterns from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage. This paper explores strategies for the protection and inheritance of Qiang patterns in Mianyang City under the support of AIGC technology, with the aim of providing creativity and direction for the inheritance and development of Qiang patterns.
The rapid expansion of social media platforms has provided new avenues for feminist discourse, enabling broader public engagement and visibility. However, algorithm-driven environments like Douyin (Chinese TikTok) introduce the information cocoon effect, which reinforces user biases by tailoring content to their preferences. This study investigates how these algorithmic constraints impact the dissemination of feminist content, shaping public perception and influencing the strategies of feminist creators. Using literature review and case study methods, the paper examines the effects of Douyin's recommendation algorithms on feminist narratives. It explores how feminist creators navigate the platform's algorithmic and audience-driven challenges, addressing the tension between generating visibility and delivering substantive, intersectional feminist discourse. The findings highlight the limitations imposed by the information cocoon effect, which prioritizes superficial, sensational content, thereby narrowing feminist perspectives and perpetuating misconceptions. The study underscores the importance of quality-driven, inclusive content strategies in breaking through these constraints to foster meaningful discussions and promote gender equality in digital spaces.
