Public hospitals in China have a complicated internal structure with a sizable number of members and a strict management system. Human resource management plays an important part in the management of modern public hospitals, which also serves as the primary management component for efficient internal management. At the same time, in the context of strategic human resources management, the AMO theory has gradually entered the management of public hospitals. Based on a brief overview of human resource management in modern public hospitals, this study adopts the AMO theory (abilities, motivations, and opportunities) perspective in analysing the problems and challenges faced by the human resource management strategy in modern public hospitals, and exploring how human resource management in modern public hospitals should play an effective role based on the AMO theory. Based on a detailed and targeted analysis of the contents of the challenges, theoretical and practical support for the development of modern hospitals and the orderly conduct of internal management is provided.

As an important part of the economy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the recovery of the economy after the epidemic, but the financing difficulties of SMEs have been exposed but not solved. Fintech is the core force to practice inclusive finance and an important breakthrough to improve the financing constraints of SMEs. Fintech loans rely on big data to conduct credit evaluation and risk management for SMEs and play an important role in expanding corporate financing channels, accelerating loan efficiency, and reducing financial discrimination. First, this paper summarizes the financing status of SMEs in China and then subdivides Fintech loans. From the perspectives of bank Fintech loan use and Fintech loan company development, this paper presents the impact of Fintech loans on SME loans and the relationship between different Fintech loans and summarizes the shortcomings of Fintech loans in resolving the financing problems of SMEs. Finally, based on the current research status and objective reality, it provides suggestions for future research directions.

In recent years, the influence of social media data on the stock market has been deeply concerned and studied by academics and professionals, because the information reflected in these data has become increasingly important in contemporary society. By offering a complete synthesis of current research, evaluating the contributions made by earlier studies, and highlighting knowledge gaps warranting additional inquiry, this literature review seeks to examine the complicated link between social media data and stock market volatility. In order to accomplish this, the paper delves into a wide range of topics, such as where to get social media data, how to gauge stock market volatility, and what kinds of approaches have been taken to examine the possible connections between the two. Some research suggests that social media sentiment may forecast market patterns, while other research suggests a lower effect, as shown by our study, which concludes that there is either no relationship or a positive one between these factors. More study should focus on perfecting sentiment analysis methods, delving into nonlinear correlations, exploring variations in social media platforms, and addressing ethical problems in data utilization. We hope that these efforts will help us better comprehend the relationship between social media data and stock market volatility, allowing us to create more precise forecasting instruments.

At present, implementing digital transformation has become the most common strategic choice of commercial banks, so it is important to study the digital transformation of com-mercial banks. The literature on Fintech and the digital revolution of conventional com-mercial banks is reviewed in this paper. This paper reviews the theoretical and empirical literature, focusing on three main issues: the influence of financial technology on commer-cial banks, the research on digital transformation of commercial banks, and the factors af-fecting the digital transformation effect of commercial banks. The vast majority of schol-ars believe that the use of financial technology can bring customers a more personalized service experience, reduce costs and increase profit levels, but it also means that the com-petitive environment for commercial banks will be more intense. According to the current development of science and technology, commercial banks must put digital transformation into practice in order to achieve sustainable development, and financial technology plays an indispensable role in the digital transformation of the banking industry. With the con-tinuous advancement of digital transformation practice, many factors affect the implemen-tation of digital transformation, including external factors such as government support, and internal factors such as the development of science and technology, digital transformation strategy formulation, and managers' awareness. This paper summarizes what people know about these issues and the questions for future research. People should look for more possi-ble factors that will affect the digital transformation of commercial banks, and study the security issues that may arise from the benefits that digitalization brings to commercial banks.

In the context of accelerated social transformation in China, the consensus on solving social problems through the participation of NGOs in the third distribution has become increasingly clear. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the challenges faced by NGOs when participating in the third allocation from a practical perspective, and summarize a set of practical ideas and countermeasures. This has important practical significance for further solving the issue of social equality and alleviating the gap between rich and poor. Based on the existing 12 papers on NGO and third distribution, this paper analyzes the theoretical role of NGO participation in third distribution, which can be divided into two elements: alleviating the shortage of public goods and low cost and high efficiency. From a practical perspective, examine the current situation of NGOs in the third distribution from the perspective of the "two major factors" mentioned above. It is found that there are still three major problems: the inefficiency caused by "voluntary failure", the imperfection of the charitable tax system, and the constraints of the dual management system. How to solve the above-mentioned "three major issues" has become the key to the efficient participation of NGOs in the third distribution.

This paper studies the different aspects of how different fields of technologies are applied to digital transformations and fin-tech and what risks might be met. It is an important issue because fintech and digital transformation are the crucial points that make companies more digital. This paper will take about fintech and digital transformation through topics including blockchain and NFT, robo-advisor and artificial intelligence, peer-to-peer lend-ing, and online payments. These four factors are the primary factors that lead to enterprise digitization. However, while these four factors are so considerable, the lack of supervision would also cause a lot of trouble that violates people’s property. People have experienced losing their property when there are no sufficient policies that regulate new technologies. This paper will specifically talk about how these factors are important and relevant to fintech and digital transformation and what might be the potential risks if there are no proper actions that restrict these factors. A healthy and compliant trend is the necessary path that leads to prosperity.

The Three Gorges Dam (TGD) is one of the largest construction projects all over the world. The construction of TGD causes significant and far-reaching consequences on the Yangtze River basin (YTR basin). It has brought numerous benefits, particularly with regard to the flood control, the development of hydroelectric power, the shipping industry, and tourism. Yet, it has also resulted in environmental destruction and geological catastrophes. This research investigates the detrimental effects of the TGD on the ecological environment as well as geological disasters through a review of relevant literatures. In general, the positive aspects of the TGD far outweigh its drawbacks, particularly as a consequence of the establishment of monitoring stations and the restoration of the ecologically degraded areas.

As Enterprise Financialization refers to the process in which enterprises obtain funds through financing channels to support their business and development activities. This financing channel can include bank loans, bond issuance, stock issuance and other forms. And the purpose of Enterprise Financialization is to improve the efficiency of capital utilization. However, we would test the hypothesis in our research is that the extent to which corporate Financialization increases R&D spending may depend on a variety of factors. And we figure that a rise in R&D spending results from a 1% increase in finalization. This finding confirms the theory that finalization and R&D positively correlated.

When video games gradually become a part of the modern culture, the significant economic impact of the games and related products or services has appeared to draw public attention. The paper mainly analyzes how did the game companies and the market of game-related products perform in a way different to the common good industries, especially under government macroeconomic policies, impact of recent pandemic, and other factors affecting consumption and investment behaviors. The research found the overall improvement in economic performance of video game related products and fluctuations in financial performance of firms. Further analysis reveals behavior of companies in different divisions of the industry and the limited impact of government policies on this relatively independent industry. These results are able to give an insight into an underestimated industry in the changing economy.

People's aesthetics and tastes have changed with the progress of time and culture. People are constantly influenced by new things, technologies, and ideas, and the pursuit of beauty has increased. However, the beauty industry is currently facing natural resource and ethical dilemmas. Eco-leadership, focusing on environmental and social sustainability, can solve the current dilemmas and help maximize corporate benefits. This paper contributes to the application of eco-leadership in the beauty industry. The case study approach is used to analyze the application of eco-leadership in some leading beauty companies: the body shop, L' Occitane, Natura & Co, and KIKO. These companies are highly recognizable brands in the beauty industry, have a considerable market share, and their products lead to consumer buying behaviour. It is concluded that the beauty industry requires brand leaders to invest in environmental sustainability and social contribution. The strategies related to eco-leadership are suggested to mainly focus on animal testing, recyclability and availability of packaging, energy, and water management, and research into eco-technology.
