The property insurance industry is a highly data-driven sector. In the traditional model, insurance pricing largely depends on the self-reported risk characteristics of clients, such as age, gender, vehicle type, etc. These characteristics help insurance companies categorize clients into different risk levels and set premiums accordingly. With the development of telematics, insurance companies can now collect and analyze more dynamic data that is more directly related to risk. This study presents a comprehensive analysis of three feature selection models for vehicle insurance pricing. Utilizing regression techniques, it evaluated a multitude of factors believed to influence claim frequency and severity. Through a rigorous comparative study, key factors that significantly impact the vehicle are assessed and fit to different regression models. The article’s findings indicate that factors such as policy bonus, mileage base data, and car usage are paramount in determining insurance rates. Moreover, the study revealed that incorporating these factors into the pricing model enhances its accuracy and fairness.

As China strives to meet the challenges of an ageing population, the need for an effective healthcare system for the elderly is becoming increasingly urgent. The traditional family-centred mode of care, deeply rooted in Chinese filial piety, has become inadequate in the face of modern social change. With a rapid ageing population and a rising incidence of chronic diseases, the demand for healthcare services is expected to grow significantly. This article explores the limitations of the current family-centred mode of ageing care, including the strain placed on families and the lack of adequate healthcare resources, especially in rural areas. The article argues for a shift to a community-based caring mode that provides more comprehensive and sustainable solutions by integrating specialised healthcare services in local communities. Comparing the situation in China to the community healthcare system successfully implemented in Japan, this paper highlights the potential benefits of adopting a similar strategy while taking into account China's unique demographic and regional challenges. Finally, the article argues for a more equitable and efficient healthcare system in China to meet the needs of its rapidly ageing population.

The Russian-Ukrainian conflict was one of the most fierce geopolitical conflicts in the world and it is considered to reshape the global supply chain because Russia and Ukraine are exporters of many products which are the raw materials for various industries, such as crude oil, food and metals, leading to a shortage and hence a rise in the price level. It especially caused disruptions in the supply chain of the automobile industry, keeping the wire harnesses from Russia and Ukraine from being exported. This study conducts secondary research with a SWOT analysis of the automobile industry in Asia and Europe, by taking China and Germany as the main subjects for analysis, because the two countries have the largest automobile industry in their continent. The study compares the effect of the conflict in both regions and provides suggestions. It fills the research gap by comparing the effect of supply chain disruptions across regions.

Exploring the effect of job happiness across Asian countries is helpful to companies’ growth, industries’ progress, and employees’ satisfaction in Asia. Also, it will help employees find motivation and impulse to work hard with happiness. In recent years, Asia faces a substantially higher risk of low work productivity, anxiety, and depression compared to other regions globally, raising serious concerns about workplace well-being in the area. For example, Asia's work productivity score is 47.2 out of 100, significantly lower than the 66.7 score in the U.S. and 60.1 in Europe. This paper examines several factors of job happiness, including working time, working pressure, and supportive human resources. The apparent problems include balance between job happiness and job performance, allocation of resources and the methods of finding job happiness. To solve the problem of finding a balance between job happiness and job performance, this paper suggests companies to investigate employees regularly to set the most reasonable working time and justifies that there is no universal working time for every company. To allocate resources with an organization better, this paper suggests organizations to assess employees both individually and collectively, and to let every employee have an equal access to get promotions. To help employees have more strong motivation, this paper suggests organizations to construct a virtuous and moral culture for employees to study. Also, employees should have appropriate demands and collective goals to work for.
