Since teenagers tend to behave treasonably in their adolescence, researchers are more likely to focus on their problem behaviors, which neglect their pro-social behavior. However, instead of solving and dealing with the problems they currently faced, it is much more significant to promote the development of pro-social behavior positive in their adolescence. This article reviews previous literature and organizes the influence of pro-social behavior on adolescents through parenting in various scales and concludes mediation and moderation. The main arguments of this paper are: 1) divided parenting into parenting style and parenting behavior and defined pro-social behavior; 2) compared different influences on pro-social behavior by scales of parenting behavior and parenting style in different dimensions; 3) discussed the mediation and moderation between parenting and pro-social behavior. This article finds that positive parenting can greatly benefit adolescents’ pro-social behavior, and also inspires researchers to focus more on factors, such as gender differences, single parents, and the system of the whole family, which can influence the development of pro-social behavior by parenting differently.

After the Ministry of Education and the State Council in China enacted the regulations about the educational revolution in 2014, the new way of course selection in Chinese high schools gradually spread. At the same time, due to the obvious shortcomings of the old course selection method, it is progressively replaced by the new one. Based on the educational revolution, problems such as gender stereotypes still existed and they can influence students’ choice on course selection. This article compares two ways of course selection and analyses factors that can influence students’ course choices. In the two different ways of course selection, except for students’ interests, gender stereotypes from teachers and parents are the main factor affecting students. Meanwhile, these gender stereotypes will always exist in the choice of college majors and future jobs. In the new way of course selection, there is a certain degree of improvement. Therefore, based on the new and better way of course selection, schools and parents should avoid gender stereotypes, guide students to choose suitable courses and meet the personalized development of students.

This work is based on the current social media and Internet situation in China. Starting from 2022, China request all the social media platform to show I.P address for individual users. The exposure of IP address in China is inevitable, however, the author would like to see what will happen if this happens in another country. When TikTok is targeting a more international market, how will this exposure behavior influence user’s action or habits? What kind of negative effects will exert on TikTok? How will the exposure of privacy correlate with users’ behaviors? By conducting questionnaire in College students, the result shows people take privacy as a large portion of using an app but with limitations. Exposure of privacy is an important element, but as long as users build habits on the app, it will not affect users on a large scale. Credibility, Privacy, self-exposure, and engagement rate are all slightly influenced by the exposure of I.P address.

This research focuses on the importance of adolescent psychological development. Parents play an essential role in the growth of adolescents, and their parenting styles have a prominent impact on their mental health, self-emotional control, social adaptability, and academic performance. Different parenting styles function differently in their physical and mental development. This article adopts the method of literature review to conduct a retrospective analysis of previous studies on the effects of parental rearing style on the psychological development of adolescents. Parents who use critical parenting styles are more likely to lead to psychological problems such as depression in adolescents. Moreover, parents who habitually refuse or overprotect their children are also associated with high anxiety levels and negative emotions in adolescents. Positive parenting will enable adolescents to develop their self-efficacy and social adaptability better. On the contrary, authoritarian or neglectful parents will cause adolescents a greater chance of imbalance in their psychological development. The active participation of parents in parenting can also promote the academic participation of adolescents and affect their academic performance. This review provides insights into how parents can adopt effective parenting styles to promote the psychological development of adolescents in reality.

Since the number of college students in China is tremendously increasing nowadays, the economic structure in China is going through a huge transformation, and adequate human resources are being needed desperately by the skill-intensive industry. The Chinese government is concerned that the deficiency of apprentices in certain industries will threaten the economy. Effective policies, therefore, should be made to carry out reform of vocational education and the training system. This paper draws conclusions about the strategies applied in German and the United Kingdom apprenticeships from data, which originate from government documents and published papers. Furthermore, the author discusses how to apply useful experience to the reform in China, estimating the directions of vocational education and training development. Through research, it is suggested that reform should be based on the revised laws. The government should introduce more stakeholder participation mechanisms and improve education quality, guiding the ideology via mass media and publicizing the benefits of vocational education and its promising prospects after the reform. Planning should be strategic and closely related to facts. In addition, special institutional research organizations are supposed to be established.

Africa is the region with the lowest total and per capita greenhouse gas emissions in the world, but it bears the brunt of the adverse effects of climate change. Artificial intelligence’s intervention in judicial adjudication will lead to the alienation of adjudication process, which will lead to conflicts among different interest groups. This problem is especially prominent in the process of value judgment. The same case obtains the same judgment result, which is the core element of judicial justice. At the same time, the new legal system needs to emphasize the proper application of law and the just result of judgment. This requires the system to have flexible conflict rules to effectively balance the contradictory conflict. In the field of civil and commercial law, the introduction of game theory to solve the conflict of interest has a long precedent. Based on the Game Theory, according to certain legal premises, considering AI’s involvement in value judgment, an effective judgment result is finally obtained. This provides theoretical consideration for the structure of the subsequent specific legal system.

The discussion on the death penalty’s retention or repeal has been going on for a long time, and there are different views on the retention and elimination of the death punishment. Despite the international trend toward abolition, certain countries, like China, Japan, and the United States, continue to use the death sentence, and all three countries have conducted public opinion surveys on the abolition of the death sentence, and public opinion has a certain influence on the death penalty reform. This article will compare the views of Beccaria and Bentham, the representatives of abolitionism, and Kant and Hegel, the representatives of capital punishment retention, review the outcomes of popular opinion surveys on capital punishment in China, the United States, and Japan, analyze the characteristics of public opinion, and discuss the interaction between capital punishment retention and abolition and public opinion. The study about the value of public views in terms of the death sentence reform is of reference significance to the issue of whether the death penalty should be retained or abolished.

In this era, traditional paper media is gradually replaced by online media such as streaming media, online app and video media, and the ways of information dissemination are becoming more and more diversified. Fifteen years ago, the first thing people said when discussing the news every day was: “Which newspaper did you read?” Just 10 years ago, the first thing people said when discussing the news every day was: “Have you tweeted yet?” Five years ago, Dou-Yin was introduced. From offline to online and from paper to end media, the media in China and around the world have undergone this change in the dissemination of news and information. And this paper focuses on one APP: Dou-Yin, to study the dissemination, user reliance and what aspects of its short videos affect the audience.
