This proceedings series only publishes conference proceedings and does not accept direct submissions from authors. Manuscripts should be submitted directly to the conference organiser. Please refer to the details and instructions on the conference website.
Overview of EWA Publishing conference series publication procedure
This summary outlines the key stages of the publication process for the EWA Publishing Conference Series:
Quote request and initial contact
- Submit an online quote request or contact us directly with your conference details
- The EWA Conference Series team will review your submission and confirm whether we can offer a proceedings publishing contract
Registration and management
- Conferences must register to utilize our proceedings management platform, which facilitates the peer-review process (See Peer-review process for details). Each conference will receive a dedicated account and workspace on the platform
Author guidelines and submission
- organisers are responsible for informing authors about the EWA Proceedings Licence
- Authors must prepare their papers following our specific guidelines and templates
- Papers should be submitted to the conference organisers via the proceedings management platform. The organisers, acting as editors, will manage the peer-review process
- Once reviews are complete, organisers can submit the finalized papers to the EWA Publishing Conference Series with a single click. EWA Publishing can provide editing or proofreading services after submission
Quality assessment and production
- Submitted papers will undergo a quality check by the EWA Conference Series team to ensure they adhere to our publishing standards, fit within the journal's scope, and maintain overall quality
- Papers that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the organisers for further action
- Approved papers are processed into a publication-ready format and uploaded to our pre-publication servers. organisers will receive credentials to perform a final review before publication
Publication and notification
- Once published online, papers cannot undergo changes except in cases of serious scientific error, where an erratum or corrigendum will be issued
- Stylistic changes post-publication are not permitted, underscoring the importance of thorough review and proofreading prior to submission
- Authors will be notified via email about the publication and provided with a link to access their paper

- Printed copies are available on demand
