The Digital Silk Road, as the digital extension of the Belt and Road Initiative, aims to enhance international trade and infrastructure development. This study is based on data from 190 countries from 2002 to 2022, using the PSM-DID model and the quasi-natural experimental environment of Silk Road e-commerce international cooperation, to conduct an in-depth study of the impact of the Digital Silk Road (DSR) initiative on trade between China and the countries along the route (countries that have signed the DSR initiative with China). This study draws the following conclusions. First, the DSR initiative has a positive effect on trade between China and the countries along the route, with China’s import effect on these countries being more significant than the export effect. Second, digital infrastructure has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the DSR initiative. Third, the DSR initiative is more effective when the countries along the route are Asian countries or high-income countries.

As a vital channel for talent introduction in public institutions, open recruitment is an effective means to strengthen the construction of talent teams and promote the rapid development of these institutions. With its policy that evolves with the times, fair and unified organization, and standardized and orderly processes, open recruitment in public institutions ensures fairness, justice, and transparency in the talent recruitment process. However, as the era progresses, issues in the open recruitment of public institutions have gradually emerged, and there is an urgent need to improve various aspects such as recruitment conditions, examination formats, talent introduction channels, and post-appointment management. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of open recruitment in public institutions and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment, aiming to help public institutions reach a new level of development.

Based on the dynamic capability theory, this paper proposes a moderated mediation model to examine the role mechanism of digital transformation affecting enterprise product innovation and its boundary conditions. By empirically analyzing 123 survey data from new energy automobile enterprises, the results show that there is a significant positive impact of digital transformation on product innovation; business model innovation plays a mediating role between digital transformation and enterprise product innovation; and knowledge sharing plays a moderating role in the mechanism of this process. The conclusions of the study provide new insights into the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise product innovation, as well as a new contribution to the theoretical study of business model innovation, and also provide theoretical support and practical reference for enterprises to further construct digital transformation, innovative business model frameworks, and to build knowledge sharing platforms.

As a major global power, China’s overseas interests are rapidly expanding. Ensuring the security of industrial supply chains has become a critical issue. This paper adopts the perspective of international trade, utilizing the random frontier gravity model, and focuses on the top five mineral products and raw materials exported from China to India according to the 2019 export composition table of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. Based on export data of these minerals from China to India between 2008 and 2023, this paper analyzes the trends in mineral import and export, studies the correlation between bilateral trade between China and India and changes in Sino-Indian relations, and points out the potential impact of current Sino-Indian relations on China’s upstream industrial chain. The study finds that for mineral fuels, mineral oils and their products, asphalt, zinc and its products, and steel products, Sino-Indian relations have a relatively minor impact on China’s imports of such minerals and raw materials from India. However, for steel resources, Sino-Indian relations show a significant positive correlation with their import situation. Based on the current state of Sino-Indian relations, the study will propose relevant recommendations for the production and export of Indian steel and other mineral resources, combined with the needs of China’s upstream industrial supply chain. This study aims to provide relevant insights and references for safeguarding China’s strategic mineral resource security.

Since the financial crisis of 2008, the international community has increasingly emphasized financial inclusion. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted the global economy, making economic recovery and relief urgent priorities. Financial inclusion, as a crucial means in this process and a hot topic in the financial sector, warrants deeper exploration and analysis. To examine the current state of global financial inclusion, especially its prospects and challenges in the post-COVID-19 context, this paper systematically analyzes the mechanisms, current status, and regional disparities of global financial inclusion based on the World Bank's 2022 "Global Findex Database 2021" report. The study finds that although global financial inclusion has been steadily improving, factors such as the COVID-19 outbreak, income inequality, and gender disparity continue to hinder vulnerable groups from accessing convenient and affordable financial services within the formal financial system. Therefore, advancing the process of inclusive finance still requires the collective collaboration and effort of governments worldwide.

With the continuous improvement of China's economic level, the main social contradictions have shifted, and people's demand for a better life has been rising. On one hand, for rural residents, the desire to build beautiful villages, achieve modern rural development, and narrow the urban-rural gap has become increasingly strong. On the other hand, the continuous progress of the digital economy and digital technology has brought new changes to rural development. How to utilize digital technology to promote the development of new-quality productivity in rural areas and promote rural revitalization has become a new era issue. Digital rural construction is the only way for further rural development and modernization. Therefore, relevant research on digital rural development is of great significance. Against the backdrop of the digital technology revolution, new-quality productivity represents the deep integration of technology and production and is the core driving force of the modernization process. It not only changes the development model of industry and services but also deeply penetrates the agricultural and rural fields, providing strong support for digital rural construction. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pays special attention to the "three rural" issues (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers), emphasizing the importance of "three rural" work in the new era. Digital rural construction, in this context, is endowed with special strategic significance. New-quality productivity, centered on technological innovation, opens up a new path for agricultural modernization development. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of digital rural construction, from its core concepts, existing problems to the exploration of practical paths, has certain theoretical and practical significance for understanding the actual role of new-quality productivity in the agricultural and rural areas. In light of this, this paper aims to explore the application of new-quality productivity in digital rural construction, analyze its transformation logic in rural development, address key issues in digital rural construction, and play a specific role in practical paths, providing theoretical support and suggestions for relevant policy formulation and implementation.

Currently, the Chinese government is striving to achieve the "dual carbon" goal, a new driving force for China's economy. With guiding policies being introduced under the "dual carbon" goal, China has witnessed rapid development in new energy vehicles, lithium batteries, and other industries. Meanwhile, the pursuit of the "dual carbon" goal is beneficial to China's industrial structure upgrading. Research on the Yangtze River Delta, a region with the most dynamic economic development and a stable industrial system, in terms of economic and industrial structure development against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" goal is of great significance. Based on previous studies selected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure concerning green economy development and industrial structure of cities in the Yangtze River Delta under the "dual carbon" goal, this study summarizes the current status of the green economy and industrial structure of this region, and discusses the impact pathways of how policies, market, technologies, industry, energy utilization and consumption influence the green economy development and industrial structure upgrading under the "dual carbon" goal. Furthermore, in light of the current advances in applications and research, it explores the future trend of the Yangtze River Delta development and proposes relevant policy recommendations from six aspects. Including the market, employment, technologies, energy utilization, energy-intensive industries, and emerging industries.

In the era of digitalization and networking, innovation in financial products is crucial for deepening rural financial reform and establishing a financial support system for rural revitalization. However, a comprehensive and user-friendly financial product system based on big data technology has yet to be established. As a result, the needs of farmers are unmet, and small and micro enterprises still face issues of expensive and difficult financing. This study, based on the context of digital transformation and the characteristics of rural commercial banks, analyzes the problems encountered in the innovation and development of financial products from both supply and demand sides, and proposes reasonable solutions.
