The Western energy embargo and sanctions against Russia have disrupted the supply and demand structure of the global energy market, which has had a significant impact on it. The process of reorganizing the new market structure will be fraught with uncertainty. The invasion of Ukraine by Russia has disrupted supplies of basic goods worldwide, driven up prices, slowed trade, and reduced incomes. The hardest hurt are developing nations that rely heavily on imported food and energy. Although certain commodity exporters could be able to increase exports to take advantage of rising global prices, they could see a reorganization of their trade patterns, which would lead to a lesser integration into global value chains. Consumers around the world are suffering, with the most negative effects being seen by the most disadvantaged. Since the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the world's economic order has been changed, this paper analyzes the economic indicators of the United States, Europe, and developing countries, describes the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on the energy crisis, inflation, and national industry, and people's living standards caused by the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on the United States, Europe, and developing countries, and the geo-strategic competition of major countries politicizes and securitizes energy trade, resulting in disorder in the global energy market and threatening global economic stability.

By studying and comparing the urban planning of China and Japan, this paper discusses the main problems in building sustainable urban development in China and gives some corresponding solutions. In terms of general planning, China's green space indicators are too simplistic and quantitative, lacking in multi-dimensionality and perspective. The layout planning of green spaces is not scientific enough. At the management level, urban planning and greening in China are very passive. Despite the creation of large areas of green space, the quality of these green spaces is not guaranteed. In the absence of relevant laws and regulations, these green spaces are not sustainable and can easily be threatened with demolition. In order to combat these problems, a more effective urban management system should be established, and modern technology should be used to assist in the management of green spaces, with more input from the public in the planning process.

The burgeoning Chinese market for healthy light food products and services is witnessing a significant increase in sales. With a growing number of operators eager to enter this industry and expand their market share, the competition has become increasingly fierce. However, the current Chinese fair food market is saturated with homogeneous commodities, making it imperative to explore strategies for differentiation. In light of this context, this study investigates various factors that may influence consumer behavior in the nutrition customization services market using multinomial logistic regression. Furthermore, cluster analysis is employed to profile potential customers. Our data analysis reveals a significant association between expenses related to physical training and the intention to consume customized light food products. This paper offers valuable insights to practitioners in related industries, aiding them in formulating effective market strategies for the future.

In order to conduct consumer-related research and develop marketing strategies to outperform rival businesses, Monte Carlo simulation, a technique that was first employed in nuclear weapons and has subsequently been used in other physics-related domains, is described in this study. The literature on using Monte Carlo simulation for market and customer-related research and suggestions is summarized in two parts in this paper. The first section discusses the role of Monte Carlo simulations in customer research, outlining the various factors that affect consumers' decisions to purchase goods and services, and the second section discusses the specific help that Monte Carlo simulations can offer businesses, particularly in terms of measuring markets and creating effective marketing strategies. The paper also offers several applicable examples to describe certain elements in the middle of the text. Eventually, it is argued that Monte Carlo simulation, when used in conjunction with other techniques, can assist businesses in comprehending the market's costs and unpredictability and in developing effective marketing strategies.

In recent years, as the development of our capital market gradually tends to mature, the number of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of all kinds of enterprises also begins to present an increasing trend. Leveraged buyout (LBO), as a very clever acquisition form, is favored by many enterprises. However, in the context of imperfect laws and regulations, enterprises and individuals make irrational behaviors driven by extremely high interests, and one of them is blindly raising leverage multiple in pursuit of returns, it has brought a bad influence on the market, enterprises, and individuals. To create a favorable business environment, measurements have to be taken to regulate the overhigh leverage of multiple behaviors in LBOs. The essay uses the method of case study and comparative study. The most typical LBO case will be presented as an introduction, and then some other good cases will be mentioned later to illustrate the characteristics of LBO and the harms of high multiple in LBO and so on. To compensate for the harms that high leverage multiple in LBO bring to the market, enterprises and individuals, several solutions have been raised, including clarifying the principle of good faith in MBOs, improving the system of regulatory rules for the capital market, optimizing the information disclosure system of leveraged buyouts and increasing punishment for illegal speculative activities. The detailed argument will be elaborated on later.

Tesla, a multinational automotive and clean energy company, is one of the world's most valuable companies with its CEO Elon Musk. However, in 2022, its stock price decreased by 65% although its sales and revenue went on very well. As a result, this paper tends to find out what led to this dramatic decline through literature reviews and the author’s additional analysis. This paper would solve this puzzle from the following four aspects: Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, a less promising NEVs market, threatening changes in Tesla’s biggest market (China), and the increase in the interest rate in the U.S.

This paper focuses on hog futures and their effects in smoothing price fluctuations in China's hog market. We analyze the reasons for the current market situation in China based on theories of herding development and the cobweb model. We explore hog futures' functions and actual influences. Based on the data from Muyuan, China's largest listed hog enterprise, we examine how hog producers utilize lots to ensure their profits. We make theoretical predictions development of China's hog futures and possible changes in the whole market.
