Violent behavior is one of the influencing factors in the development of physical and mental health in individuals and has a great degree of influence on family and social harmony. This research was conducted in order to understand the influence of violent games and violent or criminal film and television on the psychology of adolescents and what they have done. The results were obtained through a literature search, an opinion survey, and a questionnaire. "In the rapidly developing Internet era, works containing violent and crime elements may lead some adolescents who are not well guided to the path of crime, but not attribute to society simply because evil things are bound to happen in society," according to the research findings of this paper. In addition to this, the crime should not be imputed to violent works, leading to a lack of certain education on the subject of violence in adulthood, so that they do not understand how to solve the relevant incidents when they encounter them. This paper suggest that the correct approach should be to first limit the time that minors are exposed to violent works to avoid creating shadows then to be properly guided by parents.
The phenomenon of job-hopping among the post-90s is frequent, which is not good for the development of companies and the mental health of contemporary young people. Now that the post-00s generation is gradually entering the workplace, more attention should be paid to solving the problem of frequent job-hopping among young people. Many researchers have analyzed the reasons for their frequent turnover from multiple perspectives, but there is no relevant review on the psychological reasons for job-hopping among the post-90s generation when searching the literature. Therefore, by reviewing and summarizing relevant literature, this paper summarizes the psychological factors of frequent job-hopping among the post-90s generation, including unsatisfied self-needs, insufficient psychological capital and low career adaptability, and summarizes the effectiveness of corporate adoption. Compared with their predecessors, the post-90s generation has both a need for salary and more psychological needs in their workplace life. Understanding and meeting young people's psychological needs is conducive to the mental health of the post-90s generation and the stable development of companies.
It is worth noting that the widespread popularity of smartphones has not only brought convenience to people, but also the SWB problem that comes with the PSNU has become a growing concern. In a survey of smartphone user groups, it was found that university students are the main force behind smartphone usage. Aiming to explore how the PSNU affects the perception of SWB through reflective thinking as well as to further understand the underlying mechanisms, this study used a questionnaire to survey 321 university students. The results found that: (1) There were significant negative predictive effects of passively using social network sites on SWB. (2) The passive usage of social network sites negatively affects university students' SWB by increasing their personal ruminative thinking. (3) PSNU also predicted life satisfaction through two mediating chains between ruminative thinking and emotions. This is achieved through a mediating chain between ruminative thinking and positive emotions as well as through a mediating chain between ruminative thinking and negative emotions. This study offers more proof of the PSNU has on college students' SWB and offers a solid theoretical framework for future research in cyber-psychology and, consequently, for effective behavioral education.
The relevant theories of psychology have made great progress since the 1980s, among which the emergence and development of embodied cognition theory have played a crucial role in the transformation of the psychological research paradigm. The theory of embodied cognition emerged from the critical reflection of the original mind-body dualism. Through the continuous exploration and research of the theory by scholars at home and abroad, its outline is becoming clearer, and the relevant theories and evidence are constantly emerging. The core of the embodied cognitive theory, which opposes the traditional cognitive psychology of mind-matter duality, is to integrate mind and body and the environment with them into the cognitive process system and to emphasize the interaction between the three. The related effects in embodied cognition are reflected in the processing of human memory. The research on embodied effects in memory performance plays a vital role in consolidating and developing the construction of embodied cognition theory. More and more studies have shown that the process of memory is embodied, and its encoding and retrieval processes are embodied. It is a process of encoding and simulating events and their associated environments, which bases on the perception of the body. This paper summarized the progress of the research on embodied effects in memory performance, analyzed the related mechanisms of embodied effects in memory performance, and make suggestions for future research paths.
A narrative review of the relationship between decision-making and executive function. Iowa Gambling Task and Cognitive Reflection Test, these two Adult Decision‐Making Competence tasks, were used to measure individuals’ executive function and decision-making abilities. Age, risk level, and other characteristics all impact the link between decision-making and executive function. These factors, which play an essential variable, were discussed in the review. Research for five decision-making styles correlates with the executive function, including rational, intuitive, dependent, avoidant, and spontaneous. They were also discussed and compared with the age factors. Moreover, the dangers like internet disorder and pathological gambling, which come from the deficit of executive function, have been argued.
A few years ago, phenomena such as "sky-high school district housing" and "high tutorial fees" continued despite repeated prohibitions. "It is difficult for a poor family to have a successful son" has become an anecdote of ordinary people after dinner. In order to return to educational equity and alleviate academic anxiety, the national "double reduction" policy was issued in July 2021. Through interviews with primary and secondary school students and their families in Huizhou City, this paper aims to understand their feelings about implementing the double reduction policy for one year. This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, case analysis, interview, questionnaire and theoretical analysis. According to the survey, this paper finds that burden reduction is a far-reaching educational revolution for China. It is a long way to go for the whole society, schools, teachers, parents and students.
In reality, more and more students found it hard to participate or engage actively in academic learning, and this lead to the decline of academic performance. In order to increase the role and effort that students put in their learning progress, motivation have to be highly enhanced. The main purpose of this study is to enable students to better find motivation to learn, to enter the ideal university and to achieve future goals. To better motivate students to learn, gamification has to cooperate with academic concepts. This research is more for the benefit of society, once people no longer feel bored through the help of gamification, the efficiency of work and all aspects will be greatly improved. Through in-depth investigation of gamification, we can achieve achievements in various fields, especially academic motivation. Therefore, this research can better help students to achieve one’s goal and enhance oneself.
Bipolar disorder is an acute mental health condition with high relapse rates. At the onset, it can affect the normal functioning of the individual life of patients. Although there are no curative treatments for it, many other treatments are available to reduce relapse rates and stabilise symptoms. This article reviewed previous experiments, meta-analyses, and literature reviews on the topic of pharmacotherapies and integrated therapies in treating bipolar disorder and their effects on recurrent rates. It focused on three treatments, which were lithium, carbamazepine, and adjunctive cognitive behavioural therapy, and aimed to assess their efficacy and tolerability in treating bipolar disorder. Lithium was found to show its anti-manic effect and anti-suicide effect, which remained the gold standard in treating bipolar disorder. Whereas, adverse effects should be carefully noted to avoid worsened long-term health conditions. It was shown that carbamazepine had a comparable effect to lithium and was a potential candidate for lithium. But it requires more research to further assess its effectiveness. Adjunctive CBT showed its efficacy in treating both manic and depressive episodes. While bipolar patients who had relatively more mood episodes may not benefit from it.
Nowadays, an increasing number of people are still attentive to educational issues. In respect of this issue, some researchers have found that economic level and social class in different regions of China have a significant impact on the distribution of education. However, there is a lack of unified explanation and development of the underlying contributing factors and the solutions that can solve the problem. Therefore, the main focus of this essay is a review of the research on China's uneven distribution of educational resources. The research design of this paper is as follows: Firstly, the author will collect the economic level and education distribution resource data of different regions in China. Second, the author will review existing literature, combine and analyze it with data to identify potential factors that contribute to the inequitable allocation of educational resources in China, and propose solutions to this problem. According to the findings of this review, most scholars believe that the issue of education inequality among urban and rural areas seems to be more serious, and there are many pieces of literature in this regard. However, we should pay attention to the fact that the existing literature still lacks practical application and unified theoretical support. Therefore, in the future education development, the Chinese government should provide more economic and psychological help for some poor areas, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of national education equality.
Short videos have gotten into almost everyone's daily life as a result of the Internet's explosive growth. One of the most significant social issues affecting Chinese society at the moment is the problem of left-behind children. This article examines videos about left-behind children in the most popular short video software in China, such as Bilibili and Jitterbug, in order to combine short videos and the issue of left-behind children. The author draws the conclusion that since the children in the videos are immature and live in challenging circumstances, society and the government should do more to protect and care for them. The author bases this conclusion on an analysis of the living conditions, family dynamics, living conditions, and psychological states of the children who are left behind. The problem of left-behind children is a very serious social problem, which must be widely paid attention to by the society. This paper helps families, schools and society pay enough attention to this problem and take their own responsibilities.
