In order to reduce carbon emissions, this study identifies 27 constraining factors from three aspects - government, property management, and consumers - and nine dimensions. By constructing a DEMATEL-ISM model, the degree of influence and importance among factors is determined, and a hierarchical model is developed. The results indicate that the proficiency of property management personnel in equipment use, the level of financial investment by property management departments in facility maintenance costs, and the overall quality of residential areas are both fundamental influencing factors and causal factors that can effectively promote the development of green building operation phase. Based on these conclusions, relevant suggestions are proposed.

This paper first reflects the sales stability of dishes by defining the calculation method of average profit and selects appropriate dishes based on the relationship between profits. Then, according to the greedy algorithm, the daily replenishment quantity can be optimized into six complete knapsack problems. Finally, the genetic algorithm can solve the selection frequency and weight of each dish. The calculation results show that the maximum profit of the supermarket is 1102.2189 yuan.

This study focuses on the perspective of solar terms marketing to explore how Chinese culture empowers the transformation of the Liaoning Sea Cucumber marketing model. By exploring the cultural and social values of the twenty-four solar terms, the paper reveals the potential role of this traditional element in modern marketing. Furthermore, this paper examines traditional industries, especially the challenges and opportunities of the sea cucumber industry, which is primarily based on offline sales, in digital transformation. Taking Liaoning Sea Cucumber as an example, it discusses how to leverage online marketing strategies, such as targeting the high-end market, catering to the trend of youthful consumption, and innovating industry models, to assist the industry in achieving digital upgrades in intense market competition. This not only provides practical references and strategic insights for the sea cucumber industry but also for the transformation of other traditional industries in the modern consumer environment.

As promoters of tourism, university students play a crucial role in the industry. Addressing the significant variability in review data for tourist attractions around Wenzhou University Town, and the issues of imprecise sentiment extraction and single influencing factors in traditional language sentiment analysis models, this study proposes a method that combines algorithms and considers multiple factors for sentiment analysis. First, data is collected using Python technology and analyzed based on seasonal time factors. The TF-IDF algorithm is then used to evaluate keywords in the reviews, followed by the TextRank algorithm to calculate the weight of each word, obtaining summary terms. Finally, the results of the TF-IDF and TextRank algorithms are combined, and sentiment analysis is conducted using the SnowNLP library in Python. Compared to traditional sentiment analysis, which uses only a single model or considers only time factors, this study combines the TF-IDF and TextRank algorithms and incorporates time factors, thereby expanding the range of sentiment influencing factors. This approach results in more accurate and rational sentiment analysis outcomes.

This study aims to investigate the influence of different income sources on consumption expenditures, specifically focusing On Foods, Alcohol, Tobacco expenditures (Subsequent abbreviated as FATE), and Apparel expenditures (Subsequent abbreviated as ARE). Utilizing a dataset from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, we employ multiple linear regression models to analyze the relationship between various income streams: income from salary (IFS), net income from business (NIB), net income from property (NIP), and net income from transfer (NIT), and two key expenditure categories: FAT and ARE. Key findings indicate that IFS has a positive correlation with FATE, suggesting that an increase in IFS is likely to result in higher consumption in these areas. In contrast, NIB, NIP, NIT show a negative correlation with these expenditures, implying a potential trade-off or substitution effect. For ARE, the relationship with IFS is less pronounced, and the influence of other income sources requires further investigation. The results provide valuable insights for policymakers and businesses in understanding consumer behavior and formulating strategies to stimulate consumption in specific sectors. The implications of this study are twofold: first, by identifying the income sources that significantly affect consumption, policymakers can target these areas to promote economic growth; second, businesses can better tailor their marketing strategies to align with consumer spending patterns.

This paper delves into the historical background, precise division drawing methods, and approximate division drawing methods of the circumference of a circle, and provides a comprehensive summary. The problem of dividing the circumference of a circle, as an important milestone in the history of mathematical development, not only demonstrates the progress of geometry but also has a profound impact on the formation of algebra, modern mathematics, and even contemporary abstract mathematics. The history of the problem of dividing the circumference of a circle can be traced back to ancient Greece, where mathematicians explored the division of the circle through geometric drawing using a straightedge and compass. One of the most famous methods is the approach proposed by Hippasus to approximate the circumference of a circle by increasing the number of sides of a regular polygon. However, mathematical proofs in the 19th century showed that certain division problems, such as the trisection of an angle, cannot be solved with just a straightedge and compass. With the development of algebra, the problem of dividing the circumference of a circle gradually transformed into solving radical equations. The thesis introduces in detail the precise drawing methods for dividing the circumference into three, six, four, eight, five, ten, and fifteen equal parts. For example, the trisection is achieved by constructing an inscribed equilateral triangle, while the hexasection is based on the trisection to further construct a regular hexagon. The drawing methods for the division into four and eight parts involve the perpendicular bisector of a circle and the bisection of the circumference. The drawing methods for the division into five and ten parts are based on the construction of an inscribed regular decagon, while the division into fifteen parts is achieved by constructing an inscribed regular pentadecagon. The paper further explores the approximate division of the circumference into seven and nine parts, as well as how to construct an approximate regular n-gon, such as a regular undecagon, using Tobi's method. Although these methods cannot achieve completely precise division, they provide a way to divide the circumference of a circle without advanced mathematical tools. The paper also provides error analysis, showing the range of errors for approximate division methods with different numbers of sides. The article summarizes the importance of the problem of dividing the circumference of a circle, emphasizing the subtlety of compass and straightedge drawing and the expansion of thinking. At the same time, the paper points out that there are still many methods waiting to be explored in the approximate division of the circumference, and proposes future research directions, that is, how to optimize and expand existing approximate division methods to achieve higher precision in dividing the circumference of a circle.

Many old residential communities in China suffer from various degrees of nighttime lighting issues due to outdated lighting facilities and a lack of outdoor lighting design, significantly affecting residents' sense of security during nighttime activities. Taking the faculty residential area at North China University of Technology as an example, this study conducted field investigations and data collection on the quantity, illumination, and distribution of outdoor nighttime lighting fixtures. The research primarily analyzed the impact of the outdoor nighttime lighting environment on residents' activities and identified existing issues. Finally, targeted solutions and suggestions were proposed.
